New libc from illumos gate dated 2015-10-18 has been uploaded. Previous version was dated March of 2014.

This new libc package brings in important features:

• epoll support - https://illumos.org/man/5/epoll. It has been around for a while in the kernel, now it's available to userspace.
• timerfd support - https://illumos.org/man/5/timerfd. Likewise.
• Open source Math library (libm) - https://www.illumos.org/issues/693.
• POSIX 2008 locale support - https://www.illumos.org/issues/2964.
• cfsetspeed added for better linux/bsd compatibility.
